April grew up in Haysi, a small town in Southwest Virginia, where she developed a strong sense of community and a passion for helping others. She earned her Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Virginia Community College. After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, April built a successful career with a Fortune 50 company, gaining valuable experience in customer relationships and service. Now based in Johnson City, Tennessee, she brings that background to her role with Veritas Insurance, where she is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and building trusted client relationships. In her free time, April enjoys spending time with her husband and their three cats, practicing yoga, and reading.
