Job Summary:

The Client Support Representative is responsible for remarketing, renewals, rewrites, and policy reviews for our commercial book of business.  Insurance license and experience is preferred but we will make considerations for excellent candidates!  We provide time, support, and materials and cover the costs to complete your P&C License if you don’t have one.

The mission of the Client Support Representative is to provide each client with outstanding customer service so that their interaction with you leaves a lasting impression. We want our clients to tell their friends and family about our agency based on your service!

-Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions. 
-Ability to utilize various computer programs
-Must be able to communicate effectively on the phone

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Manage a renewal book of business
  • Cross-sell, up-sell existing commercial accounts and ask for personal lines and life referrals
  • Prepare applications and other documents needed for rewrites/remarkets for our commercial lines clients
  • Submit applications to carriers; obtain client signatures and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies
  • Maintain and update files in the agency management system
  • Assist the front desk with phone calls and walk-in clients when needed
Desired Outcomes of this Role
  • Renewals complete 15 days prior to the renewal date, including account rounding when applicable
  • Generate additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features, and generating referrals
  • Provide outstanding support to clients by responding in a professional and timely manner
  • Properly document all interactions in the AMS

Education Level

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range:

$16.00 – $22.00 hourly
