Jen joined Veritas in September 2012, re-entering the workforce after several years as a stay-at-home mom. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, she worked for Los Angeles County for ten years. As the Agency Administrator, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, bringing strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to everything she does. Jen is known for her efficiency and proactive approach, continually evaluating and refining office processes to enhance both team productivity and client experience. Originally from California, Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She now resides in Johnson City with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, Jen enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.
