Workplace Fire Safety

While working construction for 10 years, eye protection was ALWAYS required, but it seemed like the regulation most neglected. While a management team can do a walk a couple times a week and “enforce” eye protection, employees or craft personnel are more likely to continue neglect this regulation. However, when team members are looking out for each other and speaking up to each other, this creates and environment where wearing eye protection becomes habitual and less likely to neglect this regulation.
