Heather was raised in Washington state and relocated to East Tennessee in 2019.  Prior to joining the insurance industry, she worked in the legal field.  Heather’s 20-plus years of experience as a legal assistant/case manager specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases gives her a strong foundation as she understands the need to balance business finances with the need for protecting against a possible loss.  Heather and her husband have one daughter.  Her hobbies include hobby farming, gardening, photography, and crafting.  Proverbs 4:23 is her favorite Bible verse.
